Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned to ST-3 short term credit rating to RYANS Computers Limited. The outlook of the rating is Stable. Although the entity does not have long term investment facility, ECRL also has assigned a long-term entity rating of BBB+ (Pronounced as B plus). The concern is engaged with trading of different branded desktop computers, laptop computers, notebook, server, monitor and different types of computer accessories. The rating is consistent with ECRL’s methodology for this type of firm. The rating is based on the audited financial statements from FY2022-FY2025, other quantitative and qualitative information up to the date of rating. The rating is valid from April 13, 2026 to April 12, 2027. The ratings may be changed or revised prior to expiry, if warranted by extraordinary circumstances in the management, operations and/or performance of the entity rated.
