Responsibilities:
- Lead the Research & Consultancy Division and oversee execution of consultancy, advisory, and analytical assignments.
- Conduct corporate visits, client meetings, presentations, and pitch sessions to secure consultancy mandates and strategic partnerships.
- Participate in tenders, EOIs, RFPs, and proposal development for consultancy and advisory projects.
- Independently source and develop clients through professional networks and business relationships.
- Lead and execute consultancy services including:
- Feasibility Studies
- Financial Advisory
- Corporate Restructuring
- Business Valuation
- Investment & Project Appraisal
- Strategic & Management Consulting
- Risk Assessment & Internal Control Review
- Sector & Industry Research
- Policy and Economic Analysis
- Corporate Planning & Business Transformation
- Financial Risk Analysis
- Due Diligence & Transaction Advisory
- Regulatory & Compliance Advisory
- Data-driven Business Intelligence and Analytics
- Prepare professional consultancy reports, investment memorandums, market studies, and strategic recommendations for clients and management.
Qualifications / Key Attributes:
- MBA/BBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline from a reputed institution.
- Additional professional certifications in financial modeling, data analytics, AI applications, or research methodologies will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in research, consultancy, financial analysis, investment advisory, credit rating, or corporate finance.
- Prior experience in client acquisition, tender participation, and consultancy business development is highly preferred.
