Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned AAA (Pronounced as triple A) long-term credit rating and ST-1 short-term credit rating to STS Holdings Limited. The outlook of the rating is Stable. The ratings are consistent with ECRL’s methodology for this type of entity. The ratings are based on the audited financial statement from FY2023 to FY2025 (9 Months up to March 31, 2025), unaudited financial statements of FY2026 (9 Months up to December 31, 2025) as well as other qualitative and quantitative factors up to the date of rating. The rating is valid from March 31, 2026 to March 30, 2027. The ratings may be changed or revised prior to expiry, if warranted by extraordinary circumstances in the management, operations and/or performance of the entity rated.
