ECRL has affirmed AA+ (Pronounced as “Double A Plus”) long term credit rating and ST-1 short term credit rating with a Stable outlook to Bank Alfalah Limited (Bangladesh Operations). The rating is valid from April 28, 2026 to April 27, 2027.

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed AA+ (Pronounced as “Double A Plus”) long term credit rating and ST-1 short term credit rating to Bank Alfalah Limited (Bangladesh Operations) based on audited financials of FY2022-2025, and other available information up to the date of rating declaration. The outlook on the rating is Stable. The ratings are consistent with ECRL’s methodology for this type of company. ECRL considered financial performance, capital base, asset quality, liquidity position, management experience and prospect of the industry while assigning the rating. The rating is valid from April 28, 2026 to April 27, 2027. The ratings may be changed or revised prior to expiry, if warranted by extraordinary circumstances in the management, operations and/or performance of the entity rated.
