Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has affirmed AAA (Pronounced as ‘Triple A’) long term credit rating and ST-1 short term credit rating to IDLC Finance PLC. based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2025 and other available quantitative and qualitative information up to the date of rating. The outlook on the rating is Stable. The ratings are consistent with ECRL’s rating methodology for this type of financial institutions. ECRL considered financial performance, capital base, asset composition, asset quality, liquidity management, earning trends, management experience and prospect of the industry while assigning the rating. The rating is valid from April 15, 2026 to April 14, 2027. The ratings may be changed or revised prior to expiry, if warranted by extraordinary circumstances in the management, operations and/or performance of the entity rated.
