Responsibilities:
- Report to Chief Rating Officer regarding the status of his respective portfolio.
- Manage a team comprising of Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst and Research Analyst.
- Attend as a member in Rating Committee Meetings.
- Review credit rating reports of respective team members in order to ensure excellent quality and high accuracy.
- Responsible for all performance measurement and associated analytics within the portfolio(s).
- Making use of spreadsheets and different statistical software’s in order to analyze the facts of their report. Capable of working with complex worksheets and/or databases for tracking and reporting.
- Analyze credit data and financial statements/information to determine the degree of risk involved in determining the repayment capability of clients.
- Perform Industry research using relevant tools.
Qualifications / Key Attributes:
- Professional Qualification from ICAB/ACCA/ICMA/CIMA is preferred.
- Minimum qualification of Masters or equivalent degree in finance, accounting, economics from a reputed University.
- Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience including at least 8 (eight) years’ experience in credit rating and sound knowledge in securities laws, rules & regulations.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal skill in English is required.
- Ability to multitask.
