Senior Officer- Content & Communication

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end digital and social media governance by managing daily content production and distribution, coordinating agencies, optimizing performance through SEO/SEM and analytics, and ensuring accurate digital presence across directories and platforms.
• Manage the annual event calendar with full branding support for launches, CSR and stakeholder events, while delivering competitor intelligence and monthly 360-degree media sentiment analysis reports.
• Generate ideas for financial articles and content, or take briefs from CEO.
• Research Financial Article using personal contacts, the internet, and other authentic sources.
• Determine a story’s focus, format, length, and organize materials accordingly.
• Conduct and record interviews in-person, over the phone, or through company links.
• Produce and present reports across all platforms of TBN24.
• Attend and financial report on events that are of public interest.
