Update on Best Holdings PLC’s 2025 Credit Rating Assessment

    By ecrl-admin | General News Blog Post | 0 comment | 7 October, 2025 | 2

In compliance with BSEC Credit Rating Companies Rules 2022, particularly rule 10.6.d.ii, Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) hereby notifies that, in order to perform annual surveillance credit rating of 2025 ECRL sent document requisition letter to Best Holdings PLC.. The company submitted partial documents and informed ECRL that the financial statement of the company is still not ready as a result the company asked for a date extension for its existing rating. Based on the submitted documents by the company it was ECRL’s Rating Committee’s opinion that company’s financial position does not justify the date extension of its previous grade furthermore since ECRL has not received all the documents so a new credit rating grade could not be determined. Upon notifying it to the company, the company refused to continue the rating exercise with ECRL.
