    ECRL has affirmed A- (Pronounced as ‘Single A Minus’) long term credit rating and ST-3 short term credit rating with a Developing outlook to Rupali Bank Limited. The ratings are based on audited financial statements of FY2019-2021, half yearly unaudited financial statements (Jan-June) of 2021-2022 and other available quantitative and qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration. The ratings are consistent with ECRL’s methodology for this type of company. ECRL considered government support, financial performance, capital base, asset quality, liquidity position, management experience and prospect of the industry while assigning the rating
