ECRL assigned BBB+ (Triple B plus) and ST-3 to Rancon British Motors Limited

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned BBB+ (Pronounced as Triple B Plus) long term credit rating and ST-3 short term credit rating to Rancon British Motors Limited (from here on referred to as ‘RBML’ or the company). The outlook on the rating is Stable. The aforesaid rating is aligned with ECRL’s rating methodology for or this type of organization. Rancon British Motors Limited is the sole authorized distributor of “Morris Garage” in Bangladesh, which was incorporated on September 13, 2018 and started its commercial operation in September, 2019. The rating is based on audited financial statements of FY2020-21, projected financial statements of FY2022, and other relevant information necessary for the analysis.
